Through November, spend the 1st Friday evening at the Downtown Fort Walton Beach Street Fest from 6-9 PM. The sidewalks will be filled with live entertainment, vendors, live music, and more!
Get a jump on Halloween with Halloween Haunt at Destin Commons. Kids & dogs can come dressed in their best costumes for the Costume Contest for the kids that begins at 6:00 PM. Trick or treating will be from 7:00 – 8:00 PM at various sidewalk stations throughout Destin Commons and at participating stores. Other Halloween activities such as fantasy face painting and creepy crafts will also be available.
Spooktacular family fun! Enjoy a kids costume contest and a 4-legged pet costume contest on HarborWalk Village’s main stage. Trick-or-treat on the Destin Harbor Boardwalk at all restaurants and shops at HarborWalk Village and kids crafts. 2:00 PM – Kids Contest Age groups 0-4, 5-9, 10-12. 3:15pm – Pets Contest If you are over 18 come on out Saturday, October 27th, for live music, fireworks, and the adult costume contest.
Trick or treat through the village streets of the tranquil Baytowne Wharf. Face painting & Halloween crafts will be provided by Abrakadoodle. Dance on the stage as the DJ playing frighteningly good tunes. There will be fireworks over the Baytowne Lagoon starting at 8pm.
This is Generations United Church’s annual Halloween on the Hill event. This is one of the largest events in the area with thousands coming to enjoy a safe and family environment. There will be inside games for small kids, inflatables, concessions, and tons of candy in the Trunk or Treats lines. Come and Enjoy. Oct 31st, 2018 from 6:30 – 8:30 PM.

The Downtown Fort Walton Beach Organization and the City of Fort Walton Beach are excited to present our 4th Annual “A Downtown Holiday!” on December 1, 2018 at the beautiful Fort Walton Beach Landing Park, this event is fun for the whole family with our Tree Lighting Event at 5:30 pm, Christmas shopping and treats, live entertainment, kids activities, and much more! The “A Downtown Holiday” Event is proud to serve as a drop-off location sponsor for the US Marine Corps’ “Toys for Tots” Program – please bring a new, unwrapped toy for this wonderful program to brighten the Holidays for children in need!
Make a full day of Christmas activities at HarborWalk Village for the 32nd Annual Holiday on the Harbor Destin Boat Parade. Visit with Santa Claus starting at 1PM followed by a special performance of the Nutcracker on the Main Stage at 4:45 PM from the Ballet Conservatory of the Destin School of Music & Dance. The parade will begin at 6PM, followed by a fireworks display over the harbor.
The Fort Walton Beach Landing is the place to be to celebrate the Fourth of July!
