The Fort Walton Beach Landing is the place to be to celebrate the Fourth of July! There will be live music and entertainment, food vendors, kids activities including free inflatables, and a big patriotic fireworks show at 8:45 PM. See the entire schedule of events below. Col. Richard E. Cole, the last surviving Doolittle Raider 6:30 PM – I’magene (formerly Continuum) Celebrate the evening with the local area’s band in demand! 8:45 PM – Fireworks display with live musical entertainment by Emerald Coast Chorus Love the event but not the parking? These dates and times’ accuracy cannot be guaranteed until closer to the time of the event. Get a jump on Halloween with Halloween Haunt at Destin Commons. Kids & dogs can come dressed in their best costumes for the Costume Contest for the kids that begins at 6:00 PM. Trick or treating will be from 7:00 – 8:00 PM at various sidewalk stations throughout Destin Commons and at participating stores. Other Halloween activities such as fantasy face painting and creepy crafts will also be available.
